InfraHub.ca is a Canadian IT infrastructure marketing platform that connects IT infrastructure providers with enterprise buyers. The platform offers directory listings, campaign pages, press release publishing, and lead delivery services for Canadian IT infrastructure companies.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the InfraHub.ca website, its content, and its services. References to "InfraHub", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operators of InfraHub.ca.

By visiting InfraHub.ca, submitting a provider intake form, submitting a buyer enquiry, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using InfraHub.ca on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Providers listed on InfraHub.ca agree to the following:

• All information submitted through the provider intake form is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You are authorised to represent the company being listed on InfraHub.ca
• You will notify InfraHub of any material changes to your company information, certifications, or services
• InfraHub reserves the right to edit, supplement, or reformat provider content for clarity, SEO, and platform consistency
• InfraHub reserves the right to decline or remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content

Provider profiles are built by the InfraHub team using information submitted via the intake form and publicly available information from the provider's website. Providers review and approve their profile before it is published.

InfraHub.ca offers three listing tiers: Listed (free), Verified ($99/month), and Campaign ($299/month). The following terms apply to paid tiers:

• All paid plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Annual billing is available on Verified and Campaign tiers — paying 10 months provides 12 months of access
• No payment is required until the provider has approved their completed profile preview
• Billing details are confirmed directly with the InfraHub team — there is no automated billing system
• Providers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel by contacting enquiries@infrahub.ca
• Downgrading to the Listed tier keeps your profile active at no cost
• InfraHub reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

Buyers who submit enquiries through InfraHub.ca provider listing pages agree that:

• Their enquiry, including name, email, company, and message, will be shared with the relevant provider
• InfraHub may review enquiries before forwarding them on the Listed tier

• InfraHub is not a party to any business relationship that may result from an enquiry and is not responsible for the outcome of any provider-buyer interaction

All content on InfraHub.ca — including platform design, copy, structure, campaign pages, and press releases written by InfraHub — is the intellectual property of InfraHub.ca unless otherwise indicated.

Provider logos, trademarks, and company-specific content remain the property of the respective providers. By submitting content to InfraHub, providers grant InfraHub a non-exclusive licence to publish, display, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the listing.

You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, or redistribute InfraHub platform content without prior written consent.

You agree not to use InfraHub.ca to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another company, person, or organisation
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Canadian law
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

InfraHub.ca is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the platform or its content for any particular purpose.

InfraHub does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the products, services, or claims of any listed provider beyond the verification steps described in our listing process. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InfraHub.ca and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

InfraHub's total liability to any party for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by that party to InfraHub in the three months preceding the claim.

InfraHub.ca may contain links to third-party websites and provider websites. These links are provided for convenience only. InfraHub is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party website.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of InfraHub.ca shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

InfraHub reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of InfraHub.ca following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active providers via email.
