- Provider intake form submissions — company name, website, contact name, contact email, primary category, and preferred tier
- Buyer enquiry form submissions — name, email, company, and message content submitted via provider listing pages

- Website usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic location
- Standard server log data including IP addresses and browser information
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies used by Google Analytics
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process provider intake submissions and build InfraHub directory profiles
- To forward buyer enquiries to the relevant IT infrastructure provider
- To communicate with providers and buyers regarding their listings, enquiries, and profile status
- To improve our platform, content, and user experience using aggregated analytics data
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
With providers: When a buyer submits an enquiry through a provider's listing page, that enquiry (including name, email, company, and message) is forwarded to the relevant provider. On the Listed tier, enquiries are forwarded by the InfraHub team. On Verified and Campaign tiers, enquiries are routed directly to the provider's registered email address.
With service providers: We use third-party services including Google Analytics (analytics), Hostinger (hosting and email), and Contact Form 7 (form processing). These services may process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.
When required by law: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.
InfraHub.ca uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our platform. Google Analytics collects anonymised data about your visit including pages viewed, session duration, and general location. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
InfraHub.ca uses cookies primarily for analytics purposes via Google Analytics. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our platform.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the platform.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Provider intake submissions and enquiry data are retained for the duration of the provider's relationship with InfraHub and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained in accordance with Google's standard data retention settings.
Under applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent to the collection or use of your personal information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)
- Request deletion of your personal information where we have no legal obligation to retain it

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our platform is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure with SSL encryption. Email communications are transmitted via secure SMTP.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
InfraHub.ca contains links to provider websites and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
